👉 BREAKDOWN:

You’ll own the IT hiring journey end-to-end and act as a trusted partner to our teams:

• Lead the full-cycle IT recruitment process, from role discovery to offer stage;

• Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role profiles, hiring strategies, and expectations;

• Proactively source and engage IT talent via LinkedIn and other channels;

• Run structured interviews and ensure data-driven hiring decisions;

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience - transparent, human, and fast;

• Keep our ATS clean, insightful, and actionable;

• Collaborate with HR and business teams on hiring-related initiatives;

• Represent Eldorado.gg at tech events, meetups, and career days.

• Proven experience in IT recruitment / sourcing;

• Solid understanding of IT roles, terminology, and market trends;

• Fluent communication in Lithuanian;

• Comfort working with metrics, funnels, and hiring data;

• Strong ownership mindset - you like owning results, not just tasks;

• Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without losing focus;

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in tech & talent markets.
