Eldorado.gg is seeking a Product Owner to drive the evolution of our Payments domain, creating the safest and smoothest transaction experience in the in-game marketplace space. This is a high-impact role with full ownership and the opportunity to shape how millions of gamers pay and get paid globally.

👉 BREAKDOWN:

• Define and maintain the Payments product roadmap, aligned with Eldorado’s marketplace growth goals. You own the roadmap!

• Partner with developers, analysts, and designers to refine the checkout flow and actively run A/B tests to improve checkout conversion;

• Increase your key KPI - payment acceptance rates - through better international coverage, higher user trust, and data-driven experimentation;

• Turn ideas into clear requirements and user stories, managing delivery in Jira/Confluence from discovery to launch;

• Analyze and resolve payment funnel issues using data insights and feedback from users and Support;

• Collaborate with payment providers, Finance, and the Head of Payments to expand payment methods and markets while ensuring compliance and security;

• Partner with Operations on verifications, AML/KYC, and fraud prevention;

• Work and experiment on new checkout features such as cart, guest and express checkout.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, ideally in payments, fintech or e-commerce, or as a Payments analyst aspiring to move to a product role;

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and experimentation to make decisions;

• Ability to break down complex technical/payment topics into simple, actionable tasks for the team;

• Great communication skills in both Lithuanian & English and strong stakeholder management; you can align engineers, operations, and business leaders around clear priorities;

• Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets, and are eager to grow with a scaling product organization.
