We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer (Social) to scale and optimize our paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other social performance channels. If you love diving into the numbers, fine-tuning campaigns until they perform at their best, and constantly discovering new ways to outsmart the competition, you’ll fit right in.

👉 BREAKDOWN

• Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and additional channels (TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, etc.).

• Own campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization toward CPA and ROAS goals Identify, test, and unlock new growth opportunities in paid media.

• Develop and run A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

• Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and present learnings to the team.

• Collaborate with design, analytics, and product teams to improve ad performance and user acquisition funnels.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• 2+ years of proven experience in paid social media buying across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

• Hands-on experience with third-party analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Redtrack, Hyros, or similar platforms.

• Proven experience in testing, iterating, and scaling ad creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to achieve performance goals.

• Ability to create clear and actionable creative briefs for graphic designers and video editors.

• Critical thinking, proactiveness, and ability to work independently.

• Professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
