We’re growing and looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will help shape and lead our digital growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve performance across key channels. You will contribute to optimizing the full marketing funnel, supporting team development, and driving continuous improvement through data and experimentation.

• Define and lead the overall digital strategy across key business areas, aligning marketing with company goals;

• Take ownership of key business metrics and ensure marketing directly drives revenue, profitability, and long-term growth;

• Manage and grow a team of marketing professionals across PPC, influencer marketing, SEO, and brand, ensuring strong performance and collaboration;

• Build, monitor, and optimize the full marketing funnel from acquisition to retention, improving conversion rates, lowering CAC, and maximizing LTV;

• Lead performance marketing across multiple channels and ensure efficient spend and strong return on investment;

• Collaborate with operations, technology, product, and HR teams to plan and execute growth initiatives and campaigns;

• Promote a data-driven approach by turning ideas into tests and measurable results;

• Identify new opportunities, channels, and ways to grow revenue;

• Work with digital products and drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Proven experience in fast-growing startup environments, having held leadership roles such as CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, or similar;

• Demonstrable success in building and executing scalable growth strategies and comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels;

• An exceptional understanding of data and a strongly data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to validate ideas through metrics, testing, and continuous optimization;

• Strong expertise in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of scaling and optimization;

• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving them to successful execution;

• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies;

• A strong leader with both creative vision and analytical thinking, capable of balancing brand and performance;

• Ability to transform assumptions and ideas into structured, testable hypotheses and measurable experiments;

• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for gaming, constantly seeking new growth opportunities and experimentation.

👉 GROSS SALARY

We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with your experience and impact. The salary range for this position is €10,000 – €15,000 gross per month; however, we are open to considering a different range depending on your experience.
