Eldorado.gg is launching its first-ever Eldorado IT Academy - a 3-month paid academy designed to find and grow the next generation of software engineers.

We’re not looking for the most experienced.

We’re looking for people who are smart, curious, driven, and fast learners.

👉 WHAT IS ELDORADO.GG IT ACADEMY?

A 3-month paid academy where a small group of selected candidates will:

• Work on real engineering challenges;

• Receive guidance from experienced engineers across our product teams;

• Join product teams working on real business challenges;

• Build production-level mindset and technical skills;

• Get a real opportunity to join Eldorado full-time afterwards.

👉 WHO SHOULD APPLY?

• A 1st-3rd year Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field student;

• A self-taught developer;

• Someone switching careers into engineering or another tech field;

• Someone with strong fundamentals but little or no commercial experience.

Previous work experience is not required.

👉 THE SELECTION PROCESS

1. Online Challenge.

After applying, shortlisted candidates will receive our online logical thinking challenge.

The strongest candidates move forward.

2. Assessment Day.

Selected candidates will be invited to our office for a full assessment day:

Office day and getting to know Eldorado.gg → Logic and problem-solving challenge → Short interviews with our Tech Leads

→ Same-day offers for the strongest candidates.

3. Before the Academy Starts.

Selected candidates will receive curated learning materials and practical assignments to prepare before day one.

Successfully complete it - and earn your €500 bonus before day one.
