We’re growing and looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support daily finance operations, reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced gaming environment. 👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Prepare monthly management reports, track key business and financial metrics, maintain dashboards, and support internal reporting processes;

• Support day-to-day finance processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, account reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple group entities;

• Help identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to improving finance systems, processes, and internal controls;

• Assist with communication and document exchange with accountants, auditors, banks, and payment providers; support audit preparation and compliance-related requests;

• Research banking, payment, and other financial service providers to identify the most suitable partners and solutions for the business;

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others to automate repetitive tasks and improve day-to-day productivity.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a finance, accounting, or financial analyst role;

• Experience reconciling complex financial data and ensuring high accuracy in reporting;

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and financial models;

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights;

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments where priorities can shift quickly;

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and take ownership of tasks;

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners;

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

• Interest in AI tools and curiosity about using technology to improve efficiency and productivity;

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages;

• Previous BIG4 experience would be considered a strong advantage;

👉 GROSS SALARY

We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with your experience and impact. The salary range for this position is €2,500 – €4,000 gross per month; however, the final offer will depend on your experience, seniority, and competencies.
