We're growing and looking for a Mid-Senior Google Ads Manager to join our PPC team. This role is all about owning our Google Ads strategy, scaling high-budget acquisition campaigns, and driving sustainable growth through data-driven optimization and experimentation.

👉POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Own the strategy for Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max;

• Manage campaign execution and continuously optimize performance to achieve CPA and ROAS targets;

• Manage large-scale paid acquisition campaigns and continuously optimize performance to maximize growth;

• Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities through data-driven experimentation;

• Design and run A/B tests across ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance;

• Analyze campaign performance, uncover actionable insights, and translate findings into recommendations for the team;

• Collaborate closely with Design, Analytics, and Product teams to optimize user acquisition funnels and drive better business outcomes.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns with five-figure daily budgets;

• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, and LTV;

• Proven experience with Google Shopping campaigns and Merchant Center optimization;

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Grafana, or similar platforms;

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of results;

• Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive, experiment-driven approach;

• Professional proficiency in both English and Lithuanian;

• Experience working with online marketplaces or multilingual acquisition campaigns is a strong plus;

• Passion for gaming and video game culture.

The salary range for this position is 3500€ - 5500€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
