Join one of the world's fastest-growing gaming marketplaces as our next Category Manager. You'll own the supply and growth of our Items and Gift Cards categories, ensuring players always have access to a competitive, high-quality selection of in-game products. By combining deep gaming knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and strong supplier relationships, you'll help shape the marketplace experience for millions of gamers worldwide.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Own the supply side of our Items and Gift Cards categories, ensuring players always have access to a competitive, high-quality selection of products;

• Grow and optimize your categories by onboarding new sellers, expanding into new games, and improving product assortment;

• Become the in-house expert on our core games, understanding their economies, trading methods, product types, seller landscape, and upcoming releases;

• Use data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize pricing, solve supply challenges, and drive continuous improvements;

• Monitor competitor marketplaces and gaming trends, proactively identifying new games, products, and opportunities before they become mainstream;

• Partner with Product and other internal teams to improve the buyer and seller experience through market insights and supply initiatives;

• Maintain a high-quality marketplace by reviewing seller offers, refining the product catalog, creating new filters, and ensuring listing quality standards.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• You have hands-on experience with the RMT ecosystem, ideally as a seller or service provider in at least one online game;

• You're passionate about gaming and naturally stay up to date with game updates, new releases, and in-game economies;

• You're analytical and comfortable using data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make decisions;

• You're a proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into action;

• You're a strong communicator who can build relationships and negotiate effectively with sellers;

• You're naturally curious and enjoy researching unfamiliar games, markets, and trading ecosystems;

• You're fluent in English and Lithuanian.

👉 NICE TO HAVE

• Experience buying or selling on RMT marketplaces such as G2G, PlayerAuctions, IGVault, or similar platforms;

• Understanding of trending games (e.g., Valorant, OSRS, WoW, Genshin Impact) and their in-game economies;

• Experience analyzing marketplace KPIs, pricing, sales performance, and competitor data;

• Familiarity with the Roblox ecosystem and its player-driven economy.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 2500€ - 3100€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
