Join one of the world's fastest-growing gaming marketplaces as our next Product Owner. You’ll own the seller platform domain — the systems and tools that power how sellers operate on Eldorado. This includes Seller Portal and dashboards, direct seller integrations, onboarding and verification tools, balances and withdrawals, invoicing, and customer support tooling.

The role combines seller-facing product development, operational tooling, compliance, and core marketplace infrastructure, with a strong focus on making it easier and safer for sellers to run and scale their business on Eldorado.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Own a defined product domain end to end, taking full ownership from discovery to continuous improvement;

• Be accountable for product metrics, business performance, and customer experience;

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on impact, evidence, effort, and constraints;

• Identify product opportunities through data analysis, user research, customer feedback, and stakeholder input. Translate research and insights into hypotheses, product initiatives, and clear delivery plans;

• Define success metrics and validate ideas through A/B testing, monitor product performance, investigate issues, and identify opportunities for improvement;

• Align stakeholders by communicating priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and proactively.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product role working closely with cross-functional software development teams;

• Exposure to trust & safety, fraud/risk, or compliance-related product work;

• Strong ownership mindset, with a focus on business outcomes rather than simply delivering features;

• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with product and business metrics;

• Ability to define hypotheses, measurable success criteria, and evaluate results;

• Experience building internal tools and operational products;

• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian.

• Experience working on online marketplaces, e-commerce, gaming, or other transactional digital products.

• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Heap).

• Experience running frequent product experiments and validating product hypotheses;

• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is €4,500–€6,000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
