We’re looking for a Technical Lead to guide a small engineering team and take ownership of systems within a product area. This role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable solutions while supporting engineers’ growth and ensuring strong engineering quality.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to turn product ideas into practical technical solutions and ensure systems evolve in a sustainable way as we scale.

👉 BREAKDOWN:

• Lead a team of 4–6 engineers and support their growth through coaching, feedback, and hands-on guidance;

• Own the technical direction and execution within the team’s product area;

• Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions;

• Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and continuously improved;

• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural health;

• Work closely with Product and Design to shape feasible, impactful solutions;

• Support instrumentation, monitoring, and experimentation where relevant;

• Break down ambiguous product problems into clear technical tasks;

• Review PRs and guide strong engineering practices and quality standards;

• Coordinate closely with Product Owners, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery;

• Identify technical risks early and address them proactively;

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure aligned technical direction and smooth integrations;

• Follow architecture and security guidelines and contribute to improving platform standards.

• Experience building and operating web-based systems;

• Strong readiness to step into or grow within a Tech Lead role;

• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and keep systems maintainable;

• Strong ownership mindset: planning work, setting priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution;

• Ability to break complex problems into clear, practical solutions;

• Strong communication skills and ability to align the team around technical direction;

• High sense of responsibility for delivery quality and system reliability.
