We’re looking for a Backend Technical Lead to guide a small engineering team and take ownership of backend systems within a product area. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable solutions while supporting engineers’ growth and ensuring strong engineering quality.

This is a hands-on role focused on backend development.

Tech stack: .NET 8, Azure, Azure SQL.

👉 BREAKDOWN:

• Lead a team of 4-6 engineers and support their growth;

• Own backend technical direction and key architectural decisions;

• Design and build scalable APIs and backend services powering a high-traffic marketplace;

• Actively contribute to the codebase alongside the team;

• Review code, guide best practices, and ensure delivery quality;

• Work closely with Product and other teams to ship impactful features.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• Strong experience with .NET / C# and backend systems;

• Experience building web-based systems;

• Experience or readiness to step into a Tech Lead role;

• Ownership mindset and strong communication skills.
