We’re looking for a Technical Lead to guide a small engineering team and take ownership of systems within a product area. This role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable solutions while supporting engineers’ growth and ensuring strong engineering quality.

This is a hands-on role focused on frontend development.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to turn product ideas into practical technical solutions and ensure systems evolve in a sustainable way as we scale.

👉 BREAKDOWN:

• Lead a team of 4-6 engineers and support their growth through coaching, feedback, and hands-on guidance;

• Own the frontend technical direction and execution within the team’s product area;

• Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions and deliver impactful user-facing features in collaboration with Product & Design;

• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural health;

• Support instrumentation, monitoring, and experimentation where relevant;

• Review code, guide engineering best practices and collaborate with Product Owners, QA and other teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment;

• Follow architecture and security guidelines and contribute to improving platform standards.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• Experience building and operating web-based systems;

• Solid experience with Angular;

• Strong readiness to step into or grow within a Tech Lead role;

• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and keep systems maintainable;

• Strong ownership mindset: planning work, setting priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution;

• Strong communication skills and ability to align the team around technical direction;

• High sense of responsibility for delivery quality and system reliability.

6000 - 9000 EUR gross per month, depending on your experience.
