We’re growing and looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data team. This role focuses on owning our data stack to deliver reliable data models and consistent metrics, supporting analytics teams, taking initiative on what needs to be built, and turning business questions into models technical and non-technical stakeholders can use.

👉POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Own and develop our dbt project: build and maintain staging, intermediate, and mart models across all business domains;

• Manage and optimize data ingestion pipeline, ensuring reliable syncs from production databases and third-party tools;

• Build and maintain the semantic layer;

• Design and enforce data quality - tests, freshness checks, anomaly detection;

• Document data models and metrics so the whole company speaks the same data language;

• Optimize warehouse performance in BigQuery - materializations, partitioning, clustering;

• Collaborate with backend engineers on event tracking and data contracts;

• Establish and evolve analytics engineering best practices as the team and data needs grow.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering;

• Strong SQL skills - you’re comfortable with complex queries, CTEs, and data modeling;

• Hands-on experience with dbt (data modeling, testing, documentation, macros);

• Experience with ELT/ETL tools (Airbyte, Stitch, Fivetran, or similar);

• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift);

• Data modeling fundamentals: dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions, incremental strategies;

• Version control with Git - you treat data models like production code;

• Knowledge of data orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, dbt Cloud);

• Python or scripting skills for custom data pipeline automation.

• Experience with semantic/metrics layers (Cube, dbt, Looker, MetricFlow);

• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel);

• Experience with any BI/visualization tools (Grafana, Looker, Metabase);

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 3500-6500 Eur gross per month, depending on your experience.
