👉 BREAKDOWN
Own the creative direction for paid marketing channels, ensuring messaging and formats are aligned with business objectives and performance targets;
Translate performance data into actionable creative insights, strong campaign concepts, and testable hypotheses;
Drive creative ideation for new campaigns, messaging angles, and content formats;
Maintain a consistent brand voice across website and marketing content;
Work with Product and UX teams to improve website content for clarity, trust, and conversion;
Support A/B testing efforts by helping test and optimize content across key website journeys;
Create clear customer-facing copy for purchase, delivery, and dispute flows.
👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
Experience developing creative for paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or similar platforms;
Strong understanding of direct response marketing, conversion-focused messaging, and funnel-based thinking;
Understanding of UX writing and how content supports clear, intuitive user journeys;
Ability to write conversion-focused copy that drives action and improves customer understanding;
Comfortable using data, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve content performance.

👉 GROSS SALARY
The salary range for this position is €2500 – €4000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
