Join one of the world's fastest-growing gaming marketplaces as our next SEO Specialist. In this mid-to-senior role, you'll help drive our organic growth by combining technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-powered workflows to increase Eldorado.gg's visibility across Google, Bing, AI search, and UGC platforms.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Plan and implement SEO initiatives across our marketplace, blog, and other brand properties;

• Monitor site health and performance, optimize crawlability and crawl budget, and resolve technical SEO issues in close collaboration with our Engineering team;

• Develop and optimize content strategies to improve rankings, organic visibility, and user engagement;

• Increase our authority through off-page SEO, digital PR, outreach, citations, and high-quality backlink acquisition;

• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance to drive continuous improvement;

• Leverage AI-powered tools such as AirOps, n8n, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to automate and scale SEO workflows;

• Improve discoverability across major search engines, AI/LLM platforms, and social media;

• Identify new opportunities for organic growth through market research, competitor analysis, and gaming industry trends.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an in-house role;

• Strong technical SEO expertise, with experience using tools such as Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Chrome DevTools, Conductor Website Monitoring, or similar;

• Proven experience optimizing on-page content to improve rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement;

• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Contentful, Strapi, or WordPress;

• Strong search analytics skills, with hands-on experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms;

• Experience with off-page SEO, including backlink acquisition and authority-building initiatives;

• A growth mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving;

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment;

• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian.

• Experience optimizing visibility across AI-powered search and LLMs (GEO, AEO);

• Hands-on experience with Digital PR campaigns;

• Experience improving visibility on Reddit and other user-generated content (UGC) platforms;

• Experience automating SEO and content workflows using tools such as AirOps, n8n, or similar;

• Experience working on marketplace, e-commerce, or gaming platforms;

• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities and terminology.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 3500€ - 4500€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
